Benoit Cassart, Fabroca founder, was born in the heartland of the Belgian Blue Breed in Ochain, Belgium.

As Economist and Secretary of the National Union of Cattle and Meat Traders, he attends the weekly livestock markets and listens to concerns voiced by breeders, feeders and meat processors.

Benoit Cassart operates his breeding operation and the Fabroca distribution Centre in Porcheresse, in the Condroz, Belgium.
